Whitening/Bleaching

Over time our teeth tend to become discolored or stained. Whether this is from smoking, coffee, or any other foods, a beautiful smile could be closer than you think. We offer a safe, inexpensive solution to an unsightly smile. Whitening your teeth is a very simple procedure that can be completed in a relatively short period of time. Two types of whitening are available at our office. The first option is an in-office procedure that allows you to walk out of the office in about an hour with dramatically whiter teeth. The second type of whitening is a take-home method that allows the same results over repeated home use in as little as 1-2 weeks.

Take-Home Procedure

The first step in the whitening process is impressions. We will take full impressions of your upper and lower teeth. These impressions will be made into custom bleaching trays. The trays will fit onto your teeth perfectly to hold the whitening product around the teeth.

The second step is to place the bleaching solution in the trays and wear them for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or overnight depending on which solution you choose. Within 7-14 days, you will see a significant improvement in the color of your teeth. Your smile will look brighter and younger. We will take before and after photos so that you will be able to compare the amazing transformation.

Bleaching only works on natural teeth and may not be effective in all cases. We will inform you as to the potential whitening for your specific situation.

In-Office Procedure

Impressions will also be made for this procedure. Trays will be made and given to you at a future appointment to help you maintain your new white teeth over time.

The rest of the procedure will be done by us. The only thing you need to do is relax and wait for the final results.
